Job Description
--Salary: up to 115,000 + other benefits
--Available Location: Pasig City
--Work Schedule: 1pm - 10pm (Monday-Friday)
--At least 2 year' experience in Tableau development
--Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau Developer)
--Advanced MS Excel skills incl. VBA
--Intermediate SQL experience is required, or comparable language
-- One Model admin experience is preferred
-- Experience in working in a HR analytics function or working with people data is preferred.
-- Experience in data analysis and data visualization, preferably in the HR or talent analytics space.
-- Strong proficiency with creating insight reports for senior leaders.
-- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
