Job Description:
Customer Support Representatives will provide quality assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat. You will handle general inquiries, troubleshoot account issues, and ensure high satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions via multiple channels (calls, email, chat)
• Resolve product-related inquiries and issues efficiently
• Accurately document customer concerns and solutions
• Follow internal protocols and escalation procedures
• Meet performance targets (accuracy, responsiveness, customer satisfaction)
Qualifications:
• Senior High School Graduate (Fresh graduates welcome)
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• College graduate or undergraduate
• At least 6 months of BPO experience preferred but not required
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
• Proficient in computer navigation and MS Office tools
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable to shifting schedules (including night shifts and weekends)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: Php 25,000 (after training)
