Job Description
Setup: Remote
Schedule: 1pm - 10pm
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research,
Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or relevant technical discipline
preferred.
• Technologies
o Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau Developer is
preferred)
o Advanced MS Excel skills incl. VBA
o Intermediate SQL experience is required, or comparable language
o One Model admin experience is preferred
• HR experience preferred
o Experience in working in a HR analytics function or working with people data
is preferred.
o Experience in data analysis and data visualization, preferably in the HR or
talent analytics space.
• Presentation / Comms / Collaboration
o Strong proficiency with creating insight reports for senior leaders.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively
convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
o Skilled in creating deliverables related to customer-focused reporting.
• Excellent quantitative skills, including data manipulation, KPIs / metrics development
and visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data
into actionable insights.
o Advanced analytics and data exploration proficiency is advantageous.
• Thrives working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
