--Your Role--

Effectively address customer questions, concerns, or complaints, and escalate complex issues as needed for prompt resolution.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order information.
Stay informed on company updates, policies, and offerings to give customers the right information.
Foster a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
Provide basic troubleshooting support when needed.
