Job Description
Use discretion and independent judgment to identify and evaluate various alternatives for lot and land acquisition and make recommendations to the Business Development Team of Solar Philippines.
Negotiate deal terms with outside parties and assist in the negotiation of lot purchase and land purchase contracts.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all lot and land transactions within target markets.
Perform market analyses to determine current and future demographic trends to guide lot and land acquisition activities and make recommendations regarding impact of trends on Company acquisition strategies.
Conduct acquisition analysis studies, due diligence investigations, appraisal review, special business and economic studies.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, preferably gained from the renewable energy or real estate industry
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action, make decisions in complex situations with multiple variables, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Open to being assigned in Batangas with staff house provision
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic territory
