Job Description
• Must be a College Graduate
• 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/
aesthetic field
• Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
• Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing
teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of
‘management’.
• good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
• Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
• Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
SALARY RANGE:
30,000- 40,000
WORK SCHEDULE:
6 days a week
LOCATIONS:
*UP Town Center, Katipunan Avenue,
*Edsa Shangrila, Ortigas Center Mandaluyong
