Aesthetic Clinic Manager- 2 years Experience- Quezon City(40k)

Job Requirements
-Must be a College Graduate
-2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/
aesthetic field
-Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
-Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing
teams.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
-Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of
‘management’.
-A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
-Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry

Job Description
-Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer
booking, staff scheduling.
-Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to
meet and exceed sales goals.
-Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise
to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
-Manage and handle cash on a daily basis
-Manage the clinic’s inventory of supplies and products.
-Maintain clinic safety standards and cleanliness as required.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing
ones.
-Assure timely availability of qualified Aesthetician through active participation in
training process.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.

Salary: 30,000- 40,000
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
