Job Description
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related course
• At least 3 years of QA experience
• Experience in writing use cases and test scripts
• Experience in Functional and Non-functional Testing
• Experience in Regression Testing
• Experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Effective Communication Skills (oral and written)
• Business Analysis and Process Design Skills is an advantage
