Job Description
Essential experience
● A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar or relevant sales role.
● Proven experience in a telesales roles
● IT knowledge advantageous
● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
● Lead generation, Outbound, B2B experience
● Excellent written and verbal English and Thai Essential qualities or behaviours
● Good communication skills & excellent telephone manner
● The ability to build strong customer relationships
● Dedicated individuals that are driven to deliver great results
● Resilience and self-motivation to work in a fast-paced business environment
● The ability to persevere to rgets
● Demonstrated ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Job Description
● Working as part of a campaign team to achieve objectives for our clients
● Dial between 150 – 250 numbers per day
● Outbound Business calls on behalf of the world's largest technology brands
● Handle objections and Generating sales opportunities and qualifying needs
● Meet your campaign KPI’s and activity targets
● Work through call list as allocated by the Data team
● Complete write up as per campaign specific layout
● Ensuring all fields are filled specific to the campaign requirement and all write ups are spell checked, make sense and are up to standard
● Check all prospect information is correct as provided on call by prospect, fill in any missing details on the prospects profile.
● Ensure all prospect information on profile is grammatically correct.
● Read and understand call scripts and write up examples on each campaign to help recognise the
● Check related files in the campaign to download TAL and Exclusion lists if required on a campaign.
● Ensure all qualifying requirements are met on call.
● Liaise directly with Team Leader or through the Senior Team Leader if unsure of their campaign requirements
Other responsibilities:
● Adhere to all policies and procedures in place in Direct IT.
● Comply with all legislative requirements
● Adhere to privacy, confidentiality policies and legal regulations .
● May be required to call prospects to confirm details for lead to pass
● Any other task reasonably requested by the Service Delivery Manager
● Dial between 150 – 250 numbers per day
● Hit 45 points target a week
