Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
Prospect and Build Relationships: Identify and target new hotel clients, including independent hotels, resorts, chains, and boutique properties. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel managers, procurement officers, and general managers.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Provide tailored presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the quality and benefits of Hoteliano’s products (e.g., linens, towels, pillows, bedding, etc.).
Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, etc.). Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Hoteliano and our clients.
Track Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring revenue targets are met. Adjust sales strategies as needed based on performance and market trends.
Customer Service Excellence: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries promptly, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Brand Positioning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that position Hoteliano as the go-to provider of high-quality hotel products. Showcase our unique selling points (e.g., luxury, durability, eco-friendliness, customizations).
Content Creation: Create and manage digital content (social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, brochures) to promote our products to hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses.
Digital Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to generate leads and drive traffic to our website.
Website and Social Media Management: Oversee the company website and social media channels to ensure they are engaging and informative, reflecting the quality and range of products offered by Hoteliano.
Customer Testimonials and Case Studies: Collect testimonials and case studies from satisfied clients to use in marketing materials and online content.
Trade Shows and Events: Represent Hoteliano at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Network with potential clients and showcase our product range.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the hotel supply industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Product and Operations Teams: Work closely with the product development and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and customization options that meet client needs.
Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals, ensuring that promotions and offers are driving lead generation and conversions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality or B2B sector. Experience in selling hotel products (e.g., linens, furniture, amenities) is a plus.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, generate leads, and maintain client relationships.
Marketing Expertise: Experience with digital marketing strategies, including content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling sales and marketing materials.
CRM and Marketing Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva).
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and customer needs, is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
