Preferably Male
with at least 2 years experience as Credit and Collection Specialist
Graduate of Accountancy or any related fields
willing to work at 124 AUB Building G. Araneta Ave, Brgy Doña Imelda QC
Probationary Employment
Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer credit applications and determine credit limits
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
Contact customers to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans
Maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues
Prepare regular reports on credit risk and collection performance
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
Analyze customer payment trends and suggest improvements
Assist in developing and updating credit and collection policies
