Job Description
WORK SCHEDULE: 8-hour shift
SALARY RANGE: Starts from ₱25,000 | Negotiable | Competitive Pay Based on Experience/s and Asking Rate + 13th Month Pay + Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and/or Food Technology
- Licensed Food Technologist
- Product Development: 1 year
- Food Manufacturing: 1 year
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following food industry segments: sauces and syrups, ice cream, baking/pastry, or beverages.
- Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation
- Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in product development
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
