Job Description
• Provide customer support and is familiar with Zendesk/Gorgias
• Has experience with Shopify
• Handle Klarna payment method issues
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends (optional day off on a weekday)
• Have 2+ years of experience in customer support for dropshipping
• Have a reliable internet connection and laptop
• Focused on customer service niche only
