Job Description

OFFICE STAFF
Salary: 18K - 22K
Work Location: Commonwealth QC
Work Set up: Onsite

Job Overview:
We’re looking for an Office & Inventory Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day
operations of our warehouse and office tasks. You’ll be a key player in maintaining our
inventory, managing logistics, and providing essential administrative support to our team. If
you’re a team player with excellent organizational skills and a passion for efficiency, this role is
perfect for you!

1. Logistics/Delivery Management
2. Inventory Control
3. Admin Support
4. Team Support

Qualifications:
 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business
Management, Logistics, or a related field.
 Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative or inventory
management role.
 Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Willingness to Adapt: Open to working on weekends or holidays as needed.
 Location: Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
