Job Description

Acts as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of strategies to drive sales growth. They support both departments by coordinating marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to improve overall performance.

Marketing Campaign Coordination:
Assist in developing, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with sales goals and objectives.

Sales Support:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including managing leads, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales materials.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform sales and marketing strategies.

Event Planning:
Assist in planning and executing events, such as trade shows and product launches, to promote the company and its products.

Material Management:
Manage and update marketing materials, ensuring they are accurate, current, and effectively used by the sales team.
