Job Description

SUMMARY:
Under managerial supervision, coordinate and maintain project activities related to client commercial contracts and statement of works. Provide support across Sales and Delivery portfolios; conduct project management troubleshooting related to escalated issues and ensure that project deliverables are completed within time and cost constraints.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with the CSDs, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Recruiting Team and the Billing and Collection Head for projects/clients’ contracts, MSAs, Work Orders, Purchase Order and other related documents including assignments (new hires, reassignments, renewals and project extensions).
• Collect, monitor and analyze data needed in preparation of client contracts relating to the Statement of Work, Master Service Agreement, Work Order, Purchase Order and other related documents.
• Ensure accounts and job orders are processed according to set turnaround times.
• Ensure rapid response to clients’ needs and requests about contracts, MSAs, Work Orders, Purchase Order and other related documents.
• Maintains a complete and accurate inventory of contracts, MSAs, Work Orders, Purchase Order and other related documents.
• Monitors closely of contracts end dates, MSAs, Work Orders, Purchase Order and other related documents.
• Assists Cash Management Specialist for Accounts Receivable concerns.
• Assists Billing Specialists for any related billing concerns.
• Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferred or BS Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience.
