Job Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Managing incoming customer calls and emails
Addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests
Ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues
Leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions
Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise

Qualifications:
At least HS graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
