Job Overview:
Join a high-priority Retail Support account and be the first line of communication for customers! As a Retail Support Associate, you will assist clients with product inquiries, order tracking, and post-purchase support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide assistance with product details, orders, and returns
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues
Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications:
No call center experience required
Strong communication skills
Good to excellent spoken and written English
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
Must be customer-focused and solutions-oriented
