Job Description

Position: Sales and Purchasing Assistant
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Cavite
Schedule: Monday to Friday with 1 working Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary: Php 15,000 - Php 20,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team in meeting performance goals
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Track sales performance and generate regular performance reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
