Job Description
1. Facilitate and conduct training by providing expertise in module management.
2. Main records and provide trainee constructive feedback.
3. Create training materials based on actual data and research for training and production.
4. Create training strategies, initiatives and materials that both helps employee development on product and processes.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of BPO Trainer Experience
2. Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
3. Excellent proficiency in grammar and writing
4. Excellent Attendance Record.
5. Must be willing to do shifting schedules.
6. Must be a college graduate or completed at least 2-years in college
7. Computer Literate
8. Can start ASAP
