Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide top-notch support for our online ticketing platform. As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need help booking, modifying, or understanding their event tickets. If you enjoy helping others and can stay calm under pressure, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat regarding ticket bookings, event inquiries, refunds, and account issues.
Provide clear and accurate information about events, seating, pricing, and policies.
Resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Guide customers through website navigation or troubleshooting steps.
Coordinate with internal teams or event organizers for escalated concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Meet performance targets (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rate).
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
