Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related course.
Open to fresh graduates or those with at least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services.
Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
Maintain updated records of inventory and purchase orders.
Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of goods.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to determine purchasing needs.
Maintain supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
Assist with the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.
Track procurement expenses and assist in budget management.
