Job Description
The Sales Development Training Supervisor is expected to provide training delivery, both face-to-face and virtual, across geographic locations in the country.
• Be involved in program assessment and development
• Generate feedback and data from different stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.
• Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops
• Identify sales training needs, strengths and weaknesses
• Organize and monitor every training
• Track trainees' work
• Set up and monitor training budget
• Schedule group and individual meetings
• Try and evaluate various training methods and strategies
• Consult with mid and top management – to determine training needs of sales
• Serve as advisor to our sellers by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
• Keep abreast of latest sales trends and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Human Relations, or any related courses.
• 3 to 5 years of sales training experience is a plus.
• Sales training/Sales Experience is an advantage.
• Must be extremely organized, with strong analytical and planning skills.
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to create training programs and presentation slides.
• Must be a team player as he/she will be dealing with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to travel to conduct training and recruitment whenever needed
