Job Description
A. Financial Compliance & Risk Management
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
-Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
-Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
-Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
B. Payroll & Employee Compensation
-Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
-Ensure proper calculation and remittance of employee benefits and deductions.
-Maintain employee financial records securely.
C. Liaison with Stakeholders
-Work closely with suppliers, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
-Negotiate financial terms with vendors and service providers.
D. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
-Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
-Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (mandatory).
-Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not
required
-Professional certification is recommended but not required
-Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong communication and teamwork
-Leadership abilities
-Better if residing in provinces and willing to stay-in to company provided lodging
