Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
✓ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, or related fields.
✓ At least 2 years of experience in import/export.
✓ Knowledge of international trade regulations & customs procedures.
✓ Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
✓ Proficiency in MS Office & relevant logistics software.
+ 2-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
+ Ability to work independently & take initiative.
+ Strong leadership & decision-making skills.
Job Responsibilities:
・Oversee end-to-end import/export processes, from inquiries to final delivery.
・Ensure compliance with international trade laws & customs regulations.
・Handle shipping & customs documentation.
・Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
・Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
・Work closely with suppliers, customers, customs officials, and shipping agents.
・Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
・Stay updated on import/export regulations, trade agreements & customs policies.
・Verify and authenticate trade-related certificates, licenses & other documents.
・Implement best practices & automation tools to improve documentation workflows.
