Job Description

Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, etc.) based on internal guidelines and policies.

Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content, including hate speech, violence, adult material, or spam.

Flag and escalate content that violates laws or poses potential risks to the company or users.

Ensure timely and accurate moderation decisions within required service-level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain consistency in moderation decisions across different content types and formats.

Provide feedback and suggest improvements to moderation policies and workflows.

Stay updated with current events and cultural trends to apply context-aware judgments.

Collaborate with other moderators, team leads, and support teams as needed.

Document moderation actions and help compile regular reports for quality assurance.
