We are an IT consultancy seeking a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to focus on cold prospecting and outreach. This remote, part-time position is perfect for someone looking to supplement their current income or explore the world of IT sales on a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do:

- Conduct cold outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with new prospects through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with our sales team.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and timely information about leads and prospects.
- Communicate the value of our IT consultancy services to potential clients effectively.

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B prospecting and sales is a huge advantage.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in initiating conversations with new people. Must be fluent in English.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
- Interest in the IT industry (prior experience is a bonus but not required).
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
