Job Description
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients and team members, seamlessly switching between English and Spanish as needed.
• Efficiently schedule and organize cleaning appointments for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial clients.
• Provide top-notch customer service, handling client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Facilitate clear communication between English-speaking clients and Spanish-speaking team members, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate and optimize team member schedules and assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Support sales efforts through both inbound and outbound calls, contributing to the company’s growth.
• Manage documents and perform various organizational tasks to maintain smooth business operations.
• Participate in daily interactions with business owners, providing updates and managing tasks to drive business success.
• Assist on the onboarding of new hires and training of the company.
• Utilize and maintain customer management systems to ensure accurate client information and streamlined processes.
Requirements
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills in both languages, with the ability to switch effortlessly between the two.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Customer-centric mindset with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Sales-driven attitude and experience in handling sales calls (preferred).
• Familiarity with scheduling and customer management systems (preferred).
