Web Development Intern

Position Overview
The Web Development Intern is tasked to provide solutions to web-related issues and concerns of the different teams under all departments of Payreto Services Inc. Their primary responsibilities involve coding, developing, designing, updating, and maintaining websites and other web-related projects and initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Web Design
- Coordinates with the different teams under all departments for planning of web-related projects
- Creates and presents web-related project proposals
- Conceptualizes designs of web applications and tools
- Creates mock-up design for projects

Web Development
- Builds web applications through coding and scripting
- Develops the system and performs repository updates
- Develops databases for initialization and creation
- Performs and documents sanitation and cleanups of codes
- Performs Quality Assurance Testing
- Assists in the set-up, customization, and implementation of open-source systems

Web Update and Maintenance
- Evaluates codes to ensure it is properly structured and compatible with different devices
- Validates test routines and schedules to ensure that cases mimic external interfaces
- Performs stress and security testing to ensure stability and robustness of the website

Special Projects and Initiatives
- Develops tools, applications and websites as required by the VP Finance
- Documents the entire development of the projects

Additional Duties:
- Assists the different facets/teams under all departments in various web-related tasks
- Generate other reports as requested by the VP Finance
- Performs other tasks as instructed by the VP Finance
