Job Description
Given the global business nature, he/she should consistently collaborate with process experts across global process, SMEs and business stakeholders all throughout the automation project life cycle to ensure specifications and requirements are met and timely delivery of the project pipeline.
He/she will be responsible in the successful execution of the automation life cycle specifically the DEVELOP phase, maintenance and troubleshoot (as the need arises) of automation solutions deployed. He/she is expected to work closely with onshore and offshore business partners mainly to 1. design and develop the most efficient automation solution for processes reviewed and prioritized; 2. Ensure visibility of project pipeline both locally and onshore; and 3. Compliance, Security and Data Privacy compliance prior to release of solutions to production.
He/she will be also be involved in other phases of the automation life cycle (as the need arises) to ensure seamless delivery of automation solutions to production. Such involvement includes but not limited to process mapping, analysis, benefit computation, project pipeline review & gathering of best practices ensuring delivery of most efficient solution.
This role is also empowered to recommend automation solutions available in his/her toolkit with strong emphasis on low code/no code platforms such as RPA, Power Platform, or Python.
This role needs to ensure that he/she is abreast of new technology trends within and outside the organization and provide recommendations (as applicable). Other responsibilities include but not limited to staffing management, consistent compliance to regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX 4040), regular cadence and reporting w/ key business partners, and maintaining an open line to provide proper support (pre, during and post deployment) to operations.
