Company Description:: The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelors Degree in I.T or Computer Science
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supports the web development process, including design, coding, and deployment stages;

2. Participates in testing and offers feedback throughout the development cycle

3. Contributes to the creation of new features and enhancements for the SHFC website;

4. Helps maintain data integrity, security, and website performance;

5. Assists in identifying and applying improvements to database development processes and practices.
