Job Description

We are seeking a Licensure Specialist to work with their multinational team. We are seeking someone that is highly organized, detailed-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Licensure Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelors Degree holder
No Experience Required
Problem solving
Attention to detail
Data Entry
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls and gathering information over the phone
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
Experience similar to the role is an advantage
Will start as trainee.
Will be offered a probationary position upon successfully completing the three months trainee position.


Licensure Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

Research the licensure process in 52 US states and territories
Contact each US state Board of Nursing and other associated agencies to ensure accuracy of information
Maintain and update a licensure library and info-graphs with step-by-step requirements and processes
Maintain an algorithm for nurses to use to determine their assigned state licensure process
Ongoing and timely communication with an applicant regarding their licensure application
Attend meetings with clients to give updates and licensure information
Assist international nurses receive a partnered review program to take the US national licensing exam
Run reports for our candidates using our partnered review program
Oversee the shipping of materials for candidates using the review program
Work with International healthcare professionals in managing and obtaining the correct licensure for their assigned facility locations
