Job Description

- supports the accounting and finance functions of an organization by managing financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with financial statement preparation

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
-Experience in General Ledger fuctions
-Familiarity with Payroll, BIR and other LGU regulations
-Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors
-Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g QuickBooks, 8Box Solutions, Peachtree, SUN Accounting System)
-Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
-Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
-BSBA major in Accounting, BS Accountancy, Finance or relevant field
-Minimum 2 years work experience as an Finance/Accounting Assistant
-Fresh graduates with excellent credentials are encourage to apply
-Must be residing witin Quezon City
