Visiting Derma Doctor

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Derma Doctor to provide professional dermatological consultations and aesthetic treatments at Victoria Skin Clinic Makati on a scheduled, visiting basis. The doctor will work collaboratively with the clinic’s team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while supporting the clinic’s premium service offerings. This engagement follows a revenue-sharing arrangement, with 60% allocated to the clinic and 40% to the doctor for patients personally referred or brought in by the doctor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct dermatological consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for walk-in and scheduled clients.
2. Perform medical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other skin-related services, as appropriate.
3. Ensure proper patient documentation, consent, and follow-up procedures are maintained in accordance with clinic policies and medical standards.
4. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth coordination of appointments, pre- and post-treatment care, and client education.
5. Maintain a high standard of professional conduct, safety, and cleanliness during all consultations and procedures.
6. Provide medical advice, recommendations, and updates regarding new treatments or technologies that may benefit clinic operations.
7. Comply with clinic schedules and agreed visiting days, as outlined in the engagement terms.
8. Observe and uphold ethical and regulatory standards related to dermatology practice.

Engagement Terms:
1. Scheduled clinic visits based on mutual agreement and operational requirements.
2. Revenue-sharing scheme: 60% of the total service fee goes to the clinic and 40% to the doctor, based on actual rendered procedures.
3. Use of clinic facilities, equipment, and support staff is provided as part of the arrangement.

Qualifications:
1. Licensed Dermatologist with a valid PRC license and updated medical credentials.
2. Proven experience in aesthetic dermatology and cosmetic procedures.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a hospitality and customer service-oriented environment.
