Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementer/Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and customizing Salesforce environments, including:
Designing and implementing custom objects
Creating user-friendly interfaces using Lightning App Builder
Developing advanced Flows and automation
Managing permission sets and user access
Performing other core tasks typical of Salesforce development and administration

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
Experience working with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato
Previous work with internal teams or client-facing solutions, particularly for organizations in North America

Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications are required
Additional Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
