Job Description

To assist the Building Manager in managing the operation and maintenance of property on a day-to-day basis ensuring these are in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect the equipment and facilities of the property, along with/or the Building Administrator.
- Assist in Fire/Earthquake Drill of the property.
- Implement House and Construction Rules & Regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the renovation works in the units
- Prepare operating and capital expenditure budget pertaining to technical and maintenance
- Ensure efficient problem reporting and complaints handling
- Coordinate with maintenance staff/s regarding property concerns
