Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other non-voice channels
• Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Document all interactions and transactions properly
• Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
