Job Description
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve customer complaints, questions, and concerns with a focus on delivering a positive experience
Accurately record customer interactions and update transaction records
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Open to college undergraduates, college graduates, senior high school graduates, and high school graduates (old curriculum)
Working Conditions:
Work Hours: Shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements
Training: Paid training provided before deployment
