Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries about financial products and account concerns
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Resolve billing issues, payment concerns, and account discrepancies
• Provide guidance on financial services and product knowledge
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent (college level/graduate preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• BPO experience in a financial account is a plus, but not required
