Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
One or more years of experience in a technical support environment and/or web developer role.
Experience with content management systems like WooCommerce or Shopify
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical end users.
Understanding of basic web hosting and server administration.
Website maintenance, backup, restore, email hosting, and control panel experience.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
Project management skills.
