Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (curriculum, education, instructional design focused on learning) or equivalent experience. Required experience with authoring tools like PowerPoint, Word, Articulate, and Creative Cloud, plus skills in graphical layout and digital audio.

Job Overview:
The instructional designer will create content for various learning formats (ILT, VILT, and eLearning), with a focus on eLearning, microlearning, and validation activities. This involves developing storyboards for digital developers. The role also supports the Learning Management System for internal and client training. A passion for storytelling and engaging user experiences is ideal.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and develop materials and curriculum for online training (classroom and self-directed).
Use authoring tools (PowerPoint, Word, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, video software) to create engaging ILT and micro-learning. Cognate familiarity is a plus.
Generate engaging content for virtual and physical classrooms based on provided materials.
Create various learning deliverables (courses, games, videos, quizzes) for different styles and levels.
Apply adult learning models (Agile, ADDIE, Dick & Carey).
Ensure timely, budget-compliant production aligned with the training roadmap.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to create high-quality training.
Design templates and master files.
Develop instructor manuals and facilitator tools.
Understand branding and digital pixel sizes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ability to work independently (remotely) and facilitate discussions for requirements.
Strong consulting, communication, and engagement skills with SMEs and stakeholders.
