Job Description
1. Compensation Support:
a. Assist in job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analyses to support compensation planning.
b. Help maintain job classification, and salary structures to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
c. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of compensation records and documentation.
2. Benefits Administration:
a. Provide day-to-day support for benefits administration, including health, retirement, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
b. Assist employees with benefits inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor as necessary.
c. Help coordinate annual benefits open enrollment, ensuring timely communication and accurate data entry.
d. Liaise with benefits providers and third-party administrators as needed to ensure smooth program delivery.
3. Employee Communication:
a. Assist in creating and distributing compensation and benefits communication materials to employees.
4. Data Management & Analysis:
a. Maintain compensation and benefits data in HRIS and other databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
b. Prepare routine reports and ad-hoc analyses related to compensation and benefits for management review.
c. Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all compensation and benefits records.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome or with at least 6 months of experience in handling compensation and benefits.

· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines related to compensation and benefits.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
