Job Description

The Order Coordinator will work under the Production and Material Control Department is mainly responsible on the following:
1. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders and communicating with all related departments to ensure on-time delivery
2. Coordinate with related departments regarding order status, delivery dates, issues, and product availability
3. Work collaboratively with Planner and Sales in developing, maintaining, and adjusting production and delivery plan based on customer demand, inventory levels and resource availability
4. Ensure the accuracy of inventory levels
5. Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
6. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications:
* Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial
* Engineering, or any 4-year related business course
* With strong communication skills both oral and written
* With at least 1 year of experience as Order Coordinator in a manufacturing set-up
* Computer Literate (MS Office)
* Must have strong skill sets in organization (due to high volume of work), professionalism, ability to handle critical deadlines/prioritize work, business processes, and internal/external customer support/ communications

Monthly Basic Salary: Negotiable (Depends on Qualifications)
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years old
Notice period acceptable: Can start immediately (preferred)
Joining Date: ASAP
Preference: Preferably Male, but Female is also welcome
