Logistic and Supply Chain Manager

-Act as the primary liaison between buyers and internal teams to manage procurement of agricultural products (e.g., grains, seeds, produce, etc.)
-Understand buyer needs and product specifications to provide tailored procurement solutions.
-Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
-Track, update, and manage order statuses, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
-Analyze purchasing trends and provide strategic recommendations for contract improvements or volume commitments.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and account growth.
-Assist with pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiations in alignment with company goals.
-Ensure full compliance with local and international procurement regulations.
-Work closely with inventory, warehousing, and finance departments to ensure smooth fulfillment and billing processes.
-Report regularly on account performance, market trends, and forecasts.
