Project Manager - Fitout works

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Identify and allocate resources (team members, materials, and tools) necessary for project execution.

Set clear objectives and deadlines.

Team Management and Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage project teams.

Assign tasks and ensure each team member understands their responsibilities.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Provide guidance and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Monitor and control project expenses, making adjustments as necessary.

Ensure that the project stays within budget and on schedule.

Risk and Issue Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Anticipate potential problems and proactively resolve any issues.

Adjust project plans as needed to address risks and unforeseen challenges.

Communication and Reporting:

Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and progress on timelines and budgets.

Facilitate communication among team members, departments, and external partners.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Ensure the project meets the required quality standards.

Monitor and track project deliverables and ensure that they align with the project’s objectives and scope.

Project Closing:

Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.

Perform a post-project review to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.

Document lessons learned and provide final reports to stakeholders.
