Job Description

Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 years Business Course
Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Receive, process, and organize incoming stock and materials.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and purchasing departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
Report inventory discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
