Job Description
Position: Production and Material Control Planning Staff
Company Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Hardware
Work Location: Lipa City, Batangas
Work Schedule: Full-time (Day Shift)
Salary: Php 35,000-Php 40,000 gross
Work Set Up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Production Planning Asst. Manager to forecast and manage production schedules
- Monitor and prepare raw materials based on the production plan and customer demand
- Submit raw material inventory reports to the Finance Department
- Track daily production output, stock movement, and delivery backlogs
- Monitor inventory, material withdrawals, machine utilization, and non-conformance rates.
