Job Description
-Coordinate customer interactions and internal team collaboration.
-Manage the transition from deployment to steady state for new customers.
-Drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
-Work with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
-Collaborate with Executive Leadership on major accounts.
-Lead quarterly customer discussions and ensure satisfaction.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 7 years of experience in client services
-With 7 years of experience in cybersecurity
-With 7 years of experience in handling complex accounts
-With 7 years of experience in relationship management
