Job Description

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the calibration service business
Identifying and prospecting new customers, building relationships, and closing sales
Managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and leadership to help them succeed
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams
Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the calibration services or a related industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
In-depth understanding of the calibration services industry and the competitive landscape
Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
