Job Description
Location: Makati (To be Assigned in Bulacan)
Full-Time | On-Site | With own Car or Motorcycle
Salary: 30-40k + gas allowance
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel systems. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in solar PV design, installation supervision, and system performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, and optimize solar PV systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Prepare electrical schematics, layouts, and documentation
• Supervise and inspect solar panel installations to ensure safety and compliance
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Ensure adherence to local electrical codes and renewable energy standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in solar panel systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar solar design software
• Strong understanding of grid-tied and off-grid systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willing to travel/relocate to project sites when needed
